FRANCESVILLE--A memorial service for Herbert L. Brucker, 70, Rt. 2, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Nazarene Church, Winamac.

He died at 11:55 p.m. June 28 in his residence.

He was born Jan. 31, 1918, in Pulaski County to John and Ottie Goble Brucker. He married Feb. 3, 1940, in Chicago to Marion Hellinga, who died October, 1987.

He had lived in the Chicago area most of his life and returned to Pulaski County in 1979 following his retirement.

Surviving are a son, Armond J., Calumet City, Ill.; and two grandchildren.
