    - son Archibald Winfrey
    - son Mathus Winfrey
    - son Marvel Winfrey
    - an unborn child that his wife Judith Winfree carries
    To his wife Judith, the land (159 acres) of the plantation "whereon I now live", 6 enslaved persons, and the residue of the estate. This land goes to his son Marvel after Judith's death.
