Obituaries BOY KILLED BY FATHER'S GUN, ACCIDENTALLY DISCHARGED. -- Search for Garters on Shelf Where the Weapon Was Kept Results Fatally for Nine Year Old Youngster. -- Henry A. Struse (sic), 2858 West Congress street, was shot and instantly killed yesterday morning when he accidentally discharged his father's revolver. The revolver had been kept on a shelf in a closet off the boy's bedroom Yesterday when the boy got up he found that his brother had been up before him and had taken his garters. Asking for another pair, he was told to look on this shelf. Suddenly a shot was heard and others of the family, running into the room, found the boy lying on the floor of the room.
