While there are some discrepancies in the census records for this family, I am confident that it is substantially correct. In spite of there being no children Joshua or Almira in the 1850 census, I am listing them as children, although it seems possible, especially in Joshua's case that he could be a nephew or other relative. Likewise it could all be census enumerator error, and so I make note of it but proceed.
