Will Transcription

I Henry Huffman of the County of Hamilton and State of Indiana do hereby make my last Will and Testament in maner and following. That is to Say.
1st I desire that all my property borh personal Real Shall befor the use of my Beloved wife Sarah her life time for her benifit to raise my Children and at her dexease the Estate to be Sold and Equally to be divided between W" H. Huffman, Eliza Huffman, James E. Huffman, Polly Huffman, Sarah Huffman, Howard Huffman, John Huffman, Hannah Huffman all children of my present wife Sarah.
2nd I give to my Son William H. Huffman my Soral Colt to him and his heirs forever.
3dly I give to my Peter one dollar as his share of my Estate.
4" I give to my daughter Leah Householder one dollar her share of my Estate.
5th I give to my son Henry Huffman one dollar as his share of my Estate.
And lastly I do hereby Couslitute and apoires my friend Josiah M. Malery Executer of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other or former Will and Testaments by me henthfor made. In Witness when of I hair hereuto :Set my hand and Seal this 26th day of Feburary in the year of our Lord 1848.
