To son John plantation whereon he now dwells in Edgmont for 7 years from my decease, at expiration of which time I give the said plantation to my 3 sons John, Peter and Richard. To son Peter £20. To son Richard £30. To daughter Grace Kendal £5 and Bible. To daughter Mary Moss £20. To daughter Hannah Passmore £10. To daughter Rebecca Howard £20. To son James plantation where I now dwell and tract of meadow adjoining containing 6 acres, he paying legacies and provide for his mother Hannah Howard during her life. Executor: Son James.
