N2 - Henry Jnr's will was pretty boring, he left everything to his wife Elsie Lilian Guy, no mention of any children. However Jersey law says that you can leave property where you like but one third of anything else has to go to your spouse, one third to your children and you can do what you like with the other third. His will leaves his property and two thirds of everything else to his wife but no mention of the other third so maybe he was just assuming that it would go to Elsie's children. He made the will on 24/9/1923 and died exactly a month later on 24/10.1923 so was probably quite ill. The property was 30 Providence Street in St Helier D/Y/A/83/124 Will and Testament of Henry Richard Resistance Hassell, 30 Providence Street, St Helier. Dated 24 September 1923. Bequeaths to Elsie Lilian Guy the property 30 Providence Street. 24/10/1923 - 24/10/1923
