Jeremiah G. Walker of the other part, both of the Lincoln Co. Georgia... for and in consideration of the good will love and affection which I have for my son Jeremiah G. Walker together with divers other good causes to me known have given granted and assign forever a certain tract of land in the county aforesaid on the waters of Fishing Creek it being a part of a tract of land granted to Joshua Lee 17 Jan 1787 and originally granted for 350 acres [the part being sold by estimation equalling 120 acres more or less] bounded by a line of Isaac Curry's. 23 Nov 1825 John Hancock Walker of the one part to John Cohoun of the other part, all of the County & State aforesaid whereas the said John Hancock Walker & John Cohoun own a tract of land in the county aforesaid estimated as containing one thousand acres as specified in deed formerly the property of Henry G. Walker which tract of land is owned by the parties have agreed on division of property... land bordered the Maxwell Tract, Beman's line, John Cohouns line, the Smith tract and Wyatt tract.
