Jeremiah G. Walker of the other part, both of the Lincoln Co. Georgia... for and in consideration of the good will love and affection which I have for my son Jeremiah G. Walker together with divers other good causes to me known have given granted and assign forever a certain tract of land in the county aforesaid on the waters of Fishing Creek it being a part of a tract of land granted to Joshua Lee 17 Jan 1787 and originally granted for 350 acres [the part being sold by estimation equalling 120 acres more or less] bounded by a line of Isaac Curry's.
