    "Henry Cunliffe: and wife Elizabeth sic belonged to Dorchester Church before 1693 [error for 1643]. Henry Cunliffe came from Dorchester with William Clark and Henry Woodward, in 1659. These three were called 'Dorchester men,' and were all substantial men, and all were of the 'seven pillars' of the church in Northampton when it was organised, June 18, 1661. Henry Cunliffe was a pious and substantial man. He d. Sept. 14, 1673. [Northampton. Vol. IV. p. 183. 187.]"
