He sailed to USA on same ship as Hermina, immigrating to Ohio and then to Michigan with the Laugs and Lubbens.
Mr. Henry Bushman, confined to his home for five years past on account of feeble health, died of consumption on Monday last. Funeral at the Reform church on Wednesday. Mr. Bushman was an old resident and greatly respected in the community. Source: The Coopersville Observer, Friday, December 4, 1885, pg 1.
