DIVORCES R. W. ALLEY. Wife at Reno Said Law Business Absorbed New Yorker's Interest. Special to The New York Times. RENO, Nev., Dec. 27.-Henrietta Magie Wardwell Alley received a divorce today from Rayford W. Alley of New York. She charged he was too occupied with law business to take interest in things she did, lacked affection and consideration and upbraided her over trivial matters. A property settlement was made out of court. The wife took the name of Mrs. Wardwell Alley. Mrs. Alley, daughter of Mrs. Frank Ogden Magie of Chicago, was the widow of Chester Alan Wardwell of Boston when she married Mr. Alley in New York several years ago. -New York Times 28 December 1930

Her third marriage was to John Lewis Montgomery on 12 April 1935.
