   ... On April 30, 1866, the Church Council elected Mr. H. Bohm as Sunday-school superintendent, and on August 21st the resignation of the director, Mr. Mehs, was accepted by the same body. Mr. Karl Junkermann became his successor, who, besides teaching school, led the congregational singing on Sunday.
