    Hazel M. Turner, 98 of Enon, Ohio, died Saturday, December 9, at the Inn At Fox Run. She was born February 25, 1903 in Hampton, Iowa, the daughter of James H. and Clara E. (Carpenter) Tobias. She was a graduate of Iowa State University and taught English and Domestic Science in Latimer, Iowa. After her marriage, she lived in East St. Louis, Illinois, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Point Comfort, Texas, Mission, Texas, Newport, Washington and Paramaribo, Surinam. She was active in her community and church and was a member of the order of the Eastern Star. Hazel was preceded in death by her husband; Carrell O. Turner and son, David C. Turner. She is survived by two sons; Warren H. (Judy) Turner of Spring Church, Pennsylvania and Allan E. Turner of Victoria, Texas; a daughter, Judith C. (Roy) King of Springfield, Ohio, eleven grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 15, 2001, in the Point Comfort United Methodist Church, Point Comfort, Texas. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery at Port Lavaca, Texas. The family is being served by the Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home in Part Lavaca, Texas and by the LITTLETON AND RUE FUNERAL HOME, SPRINGFIELD, OHIO.
