Family of Rich Ebenezer and Harriot his wife ... Harriot Adela born March 9th 1827.
↑ Harriet is living with her mother in 1850 (line 34), the marriage record in 1851 conclusively identifies her by naming her parents, and the census in 1865 (right side, line 9) appears to conclusively be her since this is her sister's household and the age is correct. The death record of a child in Jan 1856, born May 1853 by age at death is indicated as belonging to Edwin & Harriet. Beyond that, further identification is not conclusive. There is an apparent single woman named Harriet Lazelle working in a factory in 1860 in Springfield (line 39) aged about 3 years off. A Hattie A. Lasell married in 1866 Henry Townsend, but her age is about 10 years too young (perhaps because marrying a younger man?) No parents are identified. This couple is living in Wales, MA, in 1870 (lines 2-3) still showing this Harriet as 10 years too young. Henry died in 1871 (record 7) and further information identifiable as that Harriet Townsend has not been located.
