Harold Pennington of Bloomington died Tuesday, October 19, 2004, at Bloomington Hospital. He was 91.
Born December 19, 1912, in Fayette County, Illinois, he was the son of Burt and Hattie Jane (Allen) Pennington. He was a retired sales representative for Brine Equipment out of Ohio. He enjoyed fishing and gardening and loved to play golf.
He was a member of St. Thomas Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his wife, L. Maneta "Penny" Pennington of Bloomington; two sons, James Pennington of Martinsville and Ronald Pennington of Bloomington; two grandchildren, Michael Pennington of Indianapolis and Catherine Pennington of Bloomington; and one great-grandchild, Nicholas Pennington of Bloomington.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Allen Funeral Home with Reverend Lyle McKee officiating.
Visitation will be held Friday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will be held Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at Lincoln Memorial Gardens in Whitestown.
Allen Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
