Obituaries HARM L. LAUG, 89 DIED WEDNESDAY

 Harm L. Laug, 89 years old, a retired farmer and resident of the area for seven decades, died early Wednesday morning January 7 at the home of his son, Harold, with whom he had been living.
 Mr. Laug was born November 12, 1863, in Hanover, Germany, and came to the United States when he was 17 years old.  The family settled at Piqua, Ohio, and then he moved to Coopersville.  He was married to Sena Laug, who died December 28, 1936.
 He leaves one son, Harold, and one grandson, Maurice Laug of Chicago, Ill., two great-grandchildren, and one sister in Germany.
 Services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday at the church by Rev. G.J. Rozeboom.  Burial will be in Coopersville.  The body lies in state at the funeral home.

LAUG- Mr. Harm L. Laug, aged 89 years, of Coopersville, passed away at his home early Wednesday morning. Surviving are one son, Harold, with whom he made his home; one grandson, Maurice Laug of Park Forest, Ill., two great grandchildren; one sister in Germany. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Coopersville Reformed church with Rev. G. J. Rozeboom officiating. Interment Coopersville cemetery. Mr. Laug will repose at the Throop Funeral Home until noon Saturday, then he will lie in state at the church. Relatives will meet in the church parlors at 1:45.
