    OBITUARY
    "In Richburgh, Allegany co., N. Y., Oct. 15th, 1879, at the residence of her son, Crandall Lester, of inflammation of the lungs, Mrs. Hannah Lester, wife of Crandall Lester, deceased, in the 79th year of her age. The subject of this notice was born in Montvilla, Conn., March 28th, 1801, and was the daughter of Daniel and Rebecca Williams. In her last illness she often was heard to repeat Job 19 : 25, “For I know that my Redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth.” Other passages of the Bible were often quoted by her as expressive of the hope in which she died. Sermon by the Rev. Taylor Crum, pastor of the Baptist Church in Richburgh, from Rev. 7 : 13-15."
