  3.   Source:Tilton, Francis Theodore. History of the Tilton Family in America, p. 65, says Hannah, b. 15 Sep 1663, "married Thomas Mayhew". It mentions Samuel Tilton's will of 15 Jun 1718, but gives no abstract. Source:Davis, Walter Goodwin. Ancestry of Phoebe Tilton, 1775-1847, Wife of Capt. Abel Lunt of Newburyport, Massachusetts, p. 18, says that Hannah, b. 15 Sep 1663, "probably m. Nathaniel Wing", claiming she was Hannah Wing in 1718. The 1718 reference probably refers to the will and makes one wonder where Tilton's Thomas Mayhew assertion came from. Davis, in turn, appears to have assumed the name of the husband, possibly, based on Source:Banks, Charles Edward. History of Martha's Vineyard, Dukes County, Massachusetts, Vol. 3, p. 471, which gives no evidence for its assertion, but Nathaniel is the only Wing mentioned in the genealogies, "a transient resident of West Tisbury 1686", so this appears to be nothing but an assumption.
