Research notes

  • I haven't figured out the relationships yet for the will posted. Either Hannah was previously married to a Mr. Moudlin/Modlen or Edward Moudlin is really her son-in-law (married to her daughter Hannah Charles). There is one Modlen record in the Berkeley Precinct register stating "Ezekiel Modlen son of Ezekiel and wife Hannah was born April 2, 1698". If this is a match, then Hannah married a Davis after her Modlen marriage and before her Charles marriage. ... research continues --cos1776 21:10, 23 September 2017 (UTC)
