[There is a duplication on p. 33: "Burge, Hanah, d. John and Tryall, June 12, 1690." Given the absence of a death record for Hannah, and the birth of sister Sarah in 1691, it seems pretty likely that the duplicate was copied wrong, since if it said Jan instead of Jun, it would seem to be the same date.]
