"Hannah Bronson of Middlebury conveyed to William Clark of Woodbridge, Mar. 22, 1828, all realty set to her as dower in the estate of Lazarus Clark, but if her husband Roswel Bronson should decease before her, she reserved the right to use for life that part of the dwelling house which had been set to her for dower; and William Clark agreed to pay her $25.00 annually [Woodbridge L.
