    After having been ill for six months, Gwendolyn Marie Webb of Northview Nursing Home, Englehart, died on November 25, 2006.
    She was born in Hilliard Township on May 27, 1912 to Norman W. Edwards and Annie McGregor.
    Educated at Whitewood Grove Public and New Liskeard High School, she married Norman Webb in Thornloe in July 1932.
    Mrs. Webb was a store clerk and a housewife. She liked to travel from coast to coast in Canada as well as in the United States and England.
    Mrs. Webb was a member of the United Church and the Rebekah Lodge, was a Sunday School teacher and CGIT (Canadian Girls in training) leader.
    She is survived by her daughters Daintree (Ron Bartlett) of New Liskeard, Faith Garcia of Land O'Lakes, Florida; sons Robert (Beatrice) of Connaught, John (Ruth) of Englehart and Stanley (Christine) of Orangeville; 19 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren; sister Myrtle (Eric Campbell) of Scarborough; brother Donald (Daisy) Edwards of Largo, Florida; sister-in-law Annie Edwards of Paris, Ontario.; daughters-in-law Eileen Webb and Irene Webb.
    Mrs. Webb was predeceased by her parents, husband Norman and sons Terry and Murray.
    The funeral was arranged by McDonald Funeral Home in Englehart with the service conducted by Living Way Church November 29 by Pastor Peter Ruel.
    Pallbearers were grandons Kenneth, Donald and Charles Webb, Larry Ellerton, Denis Crites and David bartlett.
    Burial is in Englehart.
    Relatives and friends attending the service from out of town came from Orangeville, Yellowknife, Aurora, St. Andrews West, Mississauga, Whitby, Timmins, New Liskeard and the surrounding area.
    In memory donations to the Northview Nursing Home Family Council would be appreciated by the family.
