Washington County Court of Common Pleas - -24 Jun 1735 Andrew Oliver of Boston & Mary his wife and Grizzel Sanford and infant by her guardian Grizel Cotton of Boston, widow, plantiff, vs Thomas Hutchinson Jr of Boston, merchant, & Margaret his wife, defendant. Andrew Oliver in right of his wife Mary & the said Grizel an infant by her guardian aforesaid & the said Thomas Hutchenson in right of his wife Margaret together & individually hold one piece of land containing 1000 acres in North Kingstown -- was and inheratance of [from] William Sanford late of Newport, gentleman, deceased & the father of the said Mary, Margaret & Grizel whose heirs they are. The said Andrew Oliver & Mary his wife & Grizel Sanford by her guardian Grizel Cotton.
