DECATUR - Goldie M. Bowrey, 91, of Decatur, formerly of Cerro Gordo, IL, died Friday, August 5, 2011, at Lincoln Manor Nursing Home, Decatur, IL. Goldie was born September 12, 1919, in Cerro Gordo, IL, the daughter of John and Della (Hoyle) Sites. She married Lloyd M. Bowrey in May of 1940. He preceded her in death in February, 1993. She is survived by her children Betty Bailey and husband Larry of Cerro Gordo, IL; Steve Bowrey and wife Leanne of Cerro Gordo, IL, Terry Bowrey and wife Donna of Decatur, IL; 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren; sister Helen McDonald of Cerro Gordo, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lloyd, son John Bowrey, two brothers and one sister
