In the name of god Amen, I Giles Jerman of the parish of Llandinam in the Diocese of Bangor & County of Montgomery yeoman doe make my last will and testament the fifth day of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ one Thousand Six hundred ninety three in manner and form following, being sicke of body but of perfect memory praised bee god, firstly I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty god and my body to the ground, after my debts and funerall expences discharged, I give and bequeath, to Richard Jerman my sonn and to my daughters Mary, Ann and Catherine halfe a Crown a piece, Also I give and bequeath do Damasy my daughter one cow and Calfe, As for all the rest of my personal estate I bequeath betweene my wife & my two daughters unmarried, named Dorothy and Esther, to bee equally divided betwixt them, Provided they marry with their mother's consent and not otherwise, I doe ordaine and appoint my wife Mary to be my Executor of this my last will and testament./
