Giles Fuller was one of the "young men who received house-lots" at the settlement of the town. His relationship to the other Fullers of Hampton is not known. His house-lot was the present homestead of Ebenezer W. Lane, and extended northerly to the swamp, still called, probably after him, Giles' swamp. Later, he owned another lot, on the Exeter road, between lots of William Godfrey and Abraham Drake. He was probably married about 1650, for then a seat was assigned to him in the meeting-house, "for a wife." He died "suddenly, In his own house," Apr. 6, 1676.

The following registry of emigration is found: "Susanna Thurton (alias Fuller) daughter of Rodger Fuller, late of Topcraft in ye Co: of Nor. & Sister of Giles Fuller, late of Hampton in N. E , decd (no other son or dau.) That Tho. Th. of the parish of St. Bultolphs, Bishopgate, Tobacconist - now to go to New England in ship Mary & Sarah (John Foye Mr.) son of Tho: Th. of Croydon & Susanna his wife. London, Apr. 5. 1677."

In a list of church members in full communion, Sept., 1671, is Frances Fuller. As the name has not the prefix "Goody," she was probably unmarried and may have been a daughter of Giles Fuller.
