He now resides at Harrisburg, Pa., and is a Member of Congress. Oct. 26, 1899, he married at Lynchburg, Virginia, Gertrude Howard; b. May 7, 1874; dau. of Maj. Conway Robinson Howard, of Richmond, Virginia, and Jane (Colston) Howard, and they have children as
