3 Jun 1717: Petition of Gershom Heald: "Where as Gershom Heald Late of concord in the County of Midd'x w'th in ye Province of ye Massachusetts Bay in New England deceac'd may ye thirteenth last past dyed, not having settled his estate...as Eldest son Have agreed w'th my next Eldest brother (viz) Eliezer Heald of Concord afores'd To have my whole Priveledge in ye Estate of ye dececed both Real & p'sonal, in all regards whatsover in all manner & form as followeth" quitclaim to Eliezer Heald all right and title.
23 7'mo [Sep] 1717: Bond of "Hannah Howes [sic, probably means Heald, see name on accounting that follows] widow & John Heald yeoman both of Concord" to administer "the Estate of the late Gershom Heald late of Concord in ye s'd county dec'd intestate".
