GERALDINE M. SCHWAB GLENVILLE-- Geraldine M. Coonradt Schwab, 73, formerly of 680 Central Avenue, died Friday, January 3, 1997 at the Glendale Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. Born in Troy, she had been a senior clerk for the NYS Health Department for 13 years, retiring in 1985, prior to which she had been the restaurant manager for the former Neisner Brothers 5&10 in Albany for twenty years. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Albany and its senior group T.O.T.S. (Too Old Too Soon) as well as a member of the Westview Home Senior Citizens. Survivors include two sons, Gerald J. (Paula) of Rotterdam and Stanley M. Schwab, Jr., of Niskayuna; two daughters, Penny (Paul) Hines of Rotterdam and Linda M. Schwab of Albany and one sister, Doris Cary of Christmas, FL. Five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews also survive. She was predeceased by two sisters, Elizabeth Wood and Inez Almy and two brothers, Robert and Richard Coonradt. Funeral Services Tuesday morning 10:30 a.m. from the Frederick Funeral Home, 16 Manning Square, (where Clinton and Central Avenues meet), Albany and 11 a.m. at the Chapel at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Sand Creek Road, Albany. Relatives and friends are invited and may also call Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. Those who wish may send a remembrance, in her name, to St. John's Lutheran Church, 160 Central Avenue, Albany, NY. 12206.
