Gail has that Will was a boatman on the Sabine River. Moved to Texas before 1850. Killed just after Early was born.

Gail originally thought that George and Tabitha married in Comanche Co. then moved to Brown Co. or moved to Brown Co. and got married there. He had that Erly was born in Brown Co., Texas. He writes, "Mr. Wellington and his partner were in the well drilling business in Brown County. Soon after Early's Birth, Wellington and his partner had an argument that ended in a gunfight in the street. In this gunfight, both men were killed."
