A record on familysearch.org shows George Sites, Sr., died 6 Oct. 1824, Missilburg, Pennsylvania (but this is most likely not true, unless he lived to 107 yrs.).

Guy Mongold, Jr., is conducting further research on this George Seitz (current as of July 2006). There is some indication that this George Seitz may be confused with another of the same name, and he most likely was not born in 1717 as previously thought.
