In the 1830 United States census, George Seaver was a head of household in the 8th Ward of Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts. The household included one free white male under age 5, one free white male aged 30 to 40, one free white female under age 5, three free white females aged 20 to 30 and one free white female aged 50 to 60 (1830 United States Census, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, Population Schedule, 8th Ward of Boston, Page 295, FHL Microfilm 0,337,923).

On 10 October 1839, Robert G. Shaw, George Seaver, merchant, Edward Blake, counselor at law, all of Boston, and assignees of Hampshire Manufacturing Company, under indenture sold land in Palmer for $329.52 paid by Joseph Cummings of Ware. The deed included all the rights in land in Palmer on the south side of the road comprising 13 acres and 29 rods, reserving wood cut and the right to remove (Hampden County (Massachusetts) Land Records, Volume 110, Page 320, abstracted from FHL MIcrofilm 0,849,215, provided by Margaret Jenks).

Also no 10 October 1839, George Seaver and all of the above of Boston, for the Hampshire Manufufacturing Company sold land in Hampden County for $186 paid by John L. Wright and Thomas Combs of Boston. The landi ncluded 17-1/4 acres in Hampden County, and the deed sells the right to one half of it (Hampden County (Massachusetts) Land Records, Volume 114, Page 51, abstracted from FHL MIcrofilm 0,849,217, provided by Margaret Jenks).

In the 1840 United States census, George Seaver was a head of household in the 10th Ward of Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts. The household included one free white male aged 5 to 10, one free white male aged 40 to 50, one free white female under age 5, one free white female aged 5 to 10, one free white female aged 10 to 15, one free white female aged 20 to 30, one free white female aged 30 to 40 and one free white female aged 60 to 70 (1840 United States Census, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, Population Schedule, 10th Ward of Boston, Page 138, FHL Microfilm 0,014,681).

In the 1850 US census, the George Seaver household in Boston 10th Ward included George (age 50, cotton broker, born MA), George W. (age 22, cotton broker, born MA), Abby F. (age 21, born MA), Elizabeth A. (age 16, born MA), and Abigail (age 72, born MA). [LDS Microfilm 0,443,556, page 482, house 1804, family 2778].

In the 1860 census, the George Seaver household in Boston 10th Ward includes George (age 62, cotton broker, personal property $10,000, born MA), Abby F. (age 31, born MA), Lizzie A. (age 27, born MA) and Abigail (age 82, born MA). [LDS Microfilm 0,583,523, page 259, house 421, family 527].

In the 1870 US census, the George Seaver family resided in Lexington, Middlesex county, MA. The household included George (age 70, cotton broker, $10,000 in personal property, born MA), A.F.
