Sponsors at the baptism for George were Ferdinand and Alwine Peglow. In the 1930 census from Minnesota George is listed as 51 years old. That must be inacurate as I have the birth year of 1869 from his headstone and from Laura Sahlberg's dbase. 51 would be 10 years younger than he was. 1930 census shows George as 51 s/b 61? 1880 census shows George as 18-still wonder about his birthdate.

On photo named «u»Harry Pittelkow GroceryC1919«/u» the art on the Pittelkow Grocery building was signed by G. F. Peglow. It was probably George's work.
