    Will of "George Oliver of Royalston ... being weak in body", dated 1 Mar 1841, filed 18 Jan 1842, proved 19 May 1842, names wife Cynthia, youngest daughter Lucy Ann [under 7]; sons George, Nathaniel Y., Moses, Caleb, Charles, James, Aaron; daughters Hepsibeth, Catherine Y, Cynthia, Mary Ann and Lucy Ann. Son George Oliver to be executor.
    14 Jan 1842: Cynthia Oliver widow of Gorge Oliver Esqr and George Oliver Jr son request Cyrus Davis of Royalston be appointed administrator.
