I am at a complete loss looking for some ancestors. I have a gggg-grandmother born Martha "Patsy" Mermoud. Supposedly born September 8, 1812 in Jessamine County, Kentucky. Her parents were George Davud/Samuel Mermoud and Dicy Crowder. Married on December 5, 1811, place unknown. The census indicate that Martha's siblings were also born in Kentucky. Martha had married James Hays/Hayes in Jefferson, Indiana using the name Underwood, so I'm not sure if she was married before in Kentucky or not. Wanda Hayes hayes_w@hotmail.com
