    Court Record, Page 20—13 November, 1701: Sarah, the relict, presents an account of her Adms. and is granted a Quietus Est. The Court distributes the estate as followeth: Debts being deducted, £30-04-09. To the widow, 1-3 part of the real estate during life, and 1-3 part of the moveables forever. To the rest of the children (they being all daughters) an equal share in the remaining estate. And appoint Capt. Cooke, Lt. Talcott and Samuel Olcott distributors."
