    "P3 George (Hubbard)—b in Middletown Oct 7, 1675,d Dec l6, 1765, m Dec 22, 1703, Mehitable Miller (b Mch 28, 1681, d Apl 17,1753), dau Thomas and 2d wife Sarah (Nettleton) Miller of Middletown. He served in French and Indian War as Lieutenant, receiving from King George II his commission October 25, 1728. He was at the capture of Quebec, and was buried at Easthampton, near Chatham, Ct. [This was almost certainly his son, since this George would have been 84 years of age in 1759. This George was buried in Middletown; it was his son George who was buried in East Hampton.]"
