I, GEORGE BARTMESS, being very sick but of sound mind and memory, Blessed be Allmighty God for the same, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following;

I recommend my soul to God who gave it to me and my body I wish to be buried in a Christian like manner, in hopes of receiving the same at the General Resurrection.

First of all I wish all my lawful debts and expenses paid.

Secondly, I wish my property in the hands of my beloved wife, NANCY BARTMESS, as it now stands and that she will become my lawful Exetrix.

Moreover in case of the property should be made way with one administrator to take place, but in any other cause, I hearby appoint NANCY BARTMESS, my beloved wife sole Exetrix of this my last will and testament, revolking all others.

In witness whereof, I have hearunto set my hand and seal this 12th day of February, 1819.
