    Obit: "As briefly announced in my notes of yesterday Mr G.G. Andrews died early yesterday morning after being laid aside by paralysis for several years. He was the son of Simon Andrews one of the earliest Taranaki settlers. Deceased was for some time the manager of the Waitara Rd Factory and has been associated with the district during the whole of his life of 69 yrs. He was a much respected man of strict integrity and of high character and a man in its real name. The burial takes place at Huirangi Cem to-morrow (Wed) morning"
