"White Creek" is trying to establish a link to the Pershing Family of Ragersville, Ohio.

The Ragersville book, on Page 49, gives data on Frederick Zimmerman's wife (Charlotte Sheu) and their children. On Page 57 of the book, a picture of the family is shown. On the same page, the text states: "Other families who were prominent here but whose history we do not have are the ……………………………, 'Sheus', ……………, and many which do not come to mind". In the next paragraph, there is a reference to the Putt Family, who have entries in WeRelate, and who are married in with the Pershing Family. We know at least one Ragersville Pershing family member, married in with a Zimmerman; but we do not know if it was THIS Zimmerman family.
