    Frederick J Radocchio, 86, of 114 Hoffman St Torrington died Thanksgiving Day Nov. 26, 2009 at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital after a brief illness. He was husband of 50 years of the late Theresa (Walsh) Radocchio. He was born in Winsted Oct. 29, 1923 and served as a Sergeant in the US Army during WWII in India and Central Burma. He was retired from General Time Seth Thomas.
    Frederick is survived by two daughters, Karen Cone and husband Barry of New Hartford and Kathi Radocchio of Torrington. He also leaves sisters Margaret Giannantasio of Winsted, Sylvia Ives of Massachusetts, and Helen Latina of Wethersfield and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers Anthony, Joseph, and Benjamin Radocchio and sisters Camilla (Millie) Fracasso and Louise Adams.
    A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at at Saint Peter Church, Torrington, CT, at 10:30 on Tuesday, December 1st, with burial following at New Saint Francis Cemetery. Friends may call at Phalen Funeral Home 285 Migeon Ave Torrington on Tuesday from 8:30 to 10:00 AM.
