    BOSSIER CITY, LA – Services for Frederick "Fred" Loughner will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow with military honors at Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
    Fred was born in Herminie, PA on June 20, 1932 and he passed away on January 18, 2015 at the Northwest Louisiana War Veterans Home. He proudly served his country and retired from the Air Force after more than 20 years of service. He then began his second career at Clement Lincoln Mercury where he remained for over 20 years.
    Fred was preceded in death by his wife Amelia. He is survived by his sons Michael Loughner, Freddie Loughner, and James Loughner (Erin) of Allison Park, PA, his daughters Susan Lester (Mark) of Smellville, GA, and Linda Morgan (Sean), sister Dorothy Heinks of Columbia, MD, eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
