Frederic J. Alspach born Mar 27, 1865 at Findley, Hancock Co., Ohio the oldest child of Ruben W Alspach & Ann M. Peters. The family left Findley the fall of 1872 & moved to Montgomery Co., Ill & left there the spring of 1874 & moved to Fairfield Co. Ohio on to the old home place of his father's Family farm. Sold the farm the winter of 1880 & 1881 & moved to Linn Co Mo. He was married Dec 25, 1887 to Ida M Brumbaugh. They stayed with his folks that summer and then moved to A F Makers Farm & moved to the farm 2 miles North of Browning the spring of 1890 & sold the place in Aug 1942 & moved to Browning.

No birth records were found for Frederick/Fredrick/Fredris Jacob Alspach, son of Reuben W. and Ann M. Peters, supposedly born in Findlay, Hancock, OH 27 Mar 1965. However, records were not maintained before 1867. (alleged siblings, Louis B. and "Neda" Alspach, not found either. See footnote under each.).
