Miss Winifred Renwick, daughter of Mrs. H. H. Renwick, was united in marriage to Mr. Harold Patterson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Patterson, at the home of the bride on Mason court in this city, on Wednesday evening at 8:30 o'clock. The ceremony was performed before only members of the family and a few intimate friends by Rev. Mr. Hope of Rock Falls, a friend of the family. The home was prettily decorated with carnations and ferns. The bride was attired in white net and carried a corsage bouquet of white roses. She was attended by Miss Edna Long of Joliet who wore a crepe gown of light green and carried flowers. Harley Renwick, brother of the bride, acted as best man. Harley Renwick, brother of the bride, acted as best man. A luncheon of three courses was served. After s short tour Mr. and Mrs. Patterson will be at home on a farm owned and conducted by the groom at Genoa.
They are worthy young people who begin life together with every assurance of much happiness.
