Rozhistcheskogo = Roszyszcze, a Lutheran Parish in pre WW II Ukraine.

Lutskogo = Lutsk = Luck, a major town that gives its name to the municipal district.

Volinskoi = Wolensk = Volhynia, a former province of Russia, split it two between Poland and Russian between the two world wars, and today split into three Ukrainian oblasts.

Not sure where Vladimirovoschinskogo Uezeda refers to except to say that an Uezed is also a small governing district. It might be the town of Wladimir Wolhynsk but not sure at this time.

You will find all you need to know about Germans from this region at http://www.sggee.org (or if you can read German, then also http://www.wolhynien.de ) --- http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~ukrgs/volhynia/
