Frank Dale Hogue, 86, passed away on June 28, 2015 in Del City, OK. He was born on May 16, 1929 in Wetumka, OK to Oscar Sam and Ittie Samantha (Elms) Hogue.
Frank proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and worked as a military police officer during this time. Frank spent most of his life working as a truck driver, eventually retiring to spend more time with his family. He enjoyed watching old westerns such as Gunsmoke and Bonanaza, Walker Texas Ranger, Wheel of Fortune, playing solitaire on his computer, OU football and being a faithful neighborhood watchman.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Katie Hogue; siblings, Wayne, Harold and Larry "Spud" Hogue, Lorene Hoosier, Alene Andrews and Wanda Wilson. Survivors include his loving wife of 62 years, Neva; children, Gilbert Hogue and wife, Diane, Billy Hogue and wife, Monica, Vickey Mason and husband, Ray; grandchildren, Michael Hogue, Tina Althoff and husband, Jeff, Jeremy Buck and wife, Karrie, Ashley Buck, Darrel Mason and wife, Jennifer, Charles Mason and fiancé, Jennifer Confer, Kevin Witt and wife, Dawnette, Jennifer Grubb and husband, Ronnie; great-grandchildren, Gage Hogue, Logan and Tyler Althoff, Aubrie and Joseph Buck, Brandon and Brock Mason, Elyn and Dlyn Mason, Lauren, Bryan and Bradley Mason, Brittney, Cherokee, Madison and Tara Witt, Mason and Bryanna Grubb; sister, Joyce French.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 2, 2015 at the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery in Weleetka, OK. Condolences may be offered at www.eisenhourfuneral.com
