A resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at the C.K.H.A. "Sydenham Campus," Wallaceburg at the age of 84 years. Francisca was born in Best, Netherlands and was a daughter of the late Laurentis Van Arkel and Hendrina (Saunders) Van Beers and step-daughter of the late Joehannas Van Beers. Beloved wife of the late Martin Van Asseldonk. Dear mother and mother-in-law of Anthony "Tony" (Joan) Van Asseldonk, Maria (Rick) Kerr, Joanne (John) Debruyn, Bernadette (Harley) Taylor, Lawrence Van Asseldonk, Robert (Kelly) Van Asseldonk and Linda (Tom) Salisbury. Sadly missed by 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Loving sister and sister-in-law of Harry Van Arkel, Frank Van Beers, Nellie (Andy) Diepstraten, John (Judy) Van Beers, Jane (John) Diepstraten, Netty Van Beers, Andy Van Loon and Joe (Joanne) Van Dooren. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a daughter Annette (1966), a great granddaughter Ashley Barcroft, her brothers Joe Van Beers, Adrian (Nelly) Van Arkel, her sisters, Johanna Van Dooren, Mary Van Loon and sister-in-laws Gerda Van Arkel and Willy Van Beers. NICHOLLS FUNERAL HOME LTD . 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 with visitation from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, February 26, 2015 from Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Wallaceburg, at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Riverveiw Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
