    A undated, handwritten note Hubert H. Chase is inserted in the pages of the Royalston record book that claims his great-grandfather Lt. Francis Chase born in Sutton 1730 and died in Royalston January 16, 1791.
    [Note: neither of these dates is found in Sutton or Royalston records. As the correspondent is searching for any records in the town books, he probably copied from the next source?]
