    MRS. FRANCES W. VICE
    Mrs. Frances W. Vice, 57, Topeka, died Monday, January 29, 1990 at a Topeka hospital.
    She was born April 4, 1932 in Salt Lake City, the daughter of Ernest and Fern Harman Kott. She was graduated from Granite High School in Utah in 1950.
    Mrs. Vice was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Topeka First Ward.
    She married Herbert E. Vice July 26, 1952 in Wichita, and sealed in the Salt Lake City Mormon Temple August 12, 1971. He survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Sandra Vice, Topeka; three sons, Eugene Vice, Robert Vice and Darren Vice, all of Topeka; a sister, Marry Bogges, Salt Lake City; and five grandchildren.
    Services will be at 10:30 A.M. Friday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3611 Jewell. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Mrs. Vice will lie in state today and Thursday at Newcomer- Diffenderfer Funeral Home where relatives and friends will meet from 7 until 9 P.M. Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, Northern Area Office, 1315 Arrowhead Road, 66604; or Hospice of Topeka-Shawnee County Agency, 824 Washburn, 66606.
