Per court order of January 1782, Fanny Hill was awarded her share of her father's estate, delivered to her guardian Thomas Hubbard , recorded 21 FEB 1782. (WB 20:220).

She married Thomas Pitman, bond dated 6 JAN 1791 (MR 1:72), John Hill security.

Since she had been awarded her share of the estate, she nor her husband Thomas are mentioned in the estate division of Elizabeth Hill's dower estate in 1796 (WB 28:56-57). They do, however, receive and equal portion in the division of her brother, Britain Hill, also in 1796 (WB 28:58).
